Before you start adding pages, products and funnels to your website, you need to have your domain(s) mapped to our platform. Please follow the below steps to do the same:


Step 1- Click on Mapped Domains>New Entry

  • Here, you will find the IP address information where you need to point your domain’s A records to. Refer the screenshot below:    
  • You can also map your sub-domains by pointing their A records to our IP address.

Step 2 : Now, go to your hosting provider (like GoDaddy, host-gator, blue-host etc.) and login.


Step 3: Click on the domain name which you want to map to our platform.


Step 4: Go to DNS settings (Manage DNS). 




Step 5: You need to map your “A records” to the IP address listed in the customer dashboard. 

Let's see how to  Point "A records" to @ as host:

Step 1-  Click on Add


Step 2- Fill in the below details :

  1. Host- This will be @
  2. Points to- This will have the IP address listed on your customer portal under (Mapped Domains> New Entry).
  3. TTL (Time to live)- Time to live (TTL) or hop limit is a mechanism that limits the lifespan or lifetime of data in a computer or network. Set it as custom and 600 seconds.



Now, you need to point "A records" to www as host. 


Step 1-  Click on Add


Step 2- Fill in the below details :

  1. Host- This will be www
  2. Points to- This will have the IP address listed on your customer portal under (Mapped Domains> New Entry).
  3. TTL (Time to live)- Time to live (TTL) or hop limit is a mechanism that limits the lifespan or lifetime of data in a computer or network. Set it as custom and 600 seconds.




Now, come back to your customer portal and enter your Domain name in "Domain name" section. Click on "Click to proceed". 



 

Once you’ve added the domain there, it will take a couple of minute to get processed. 


After waiting for 2-3 minutes go to:


Mapped Domains> Domains list- Your newly added domain will reflect here along with all the domains you’ve added to this platform. You can apply filter from the top left. 



 

View -Clicking on "View" right next to your domain will open the "view domain details" window. You have the domain details and controls here and can update or delete any information related to your domain through this option. Have a look:
